TOP Most of the masks on the site are made to order.  From time to time there will be some masks available for immediate despatch, and these can be found on the homepage of the site.  Generally you will need to place an order and have the mask made exclusively for you. Please note that the masks on the site are examples of previous work, and some fabrics and embellishments may no longer be available, these are examples of what can be made. How long is the process? TOP This all depends on my current work load, and what you are after.  The best way to find out is by dropping me an email. How does the process work? TOP Once you place an order your mask will be made, and photographs will be forwarded to you for your perusal.  On approval you will be requested to make your payment, and your mask will be despatched on clearance of your payment.  If you are ordering more than five masks a 20% non-refundable deposit may be required. Can I design my own mask? TOP Generally, yes, although some key features in my designs are always the same, like the base shape.  This is my signature, so I keep this the same.  The colours, fabrics, feathers, crystals, and all the embellishments can be changed.  I will not under any circumstances copy another designers mask!  Yes, people have asked me to do this!  Why are the masks only via this website? TOP I was making masks for various shops & boutiques Australia wide, but was finding that I was loosing the exclusivity that I value in my pieces.  I have therefore decided that in order to offer the absolute best masquerade masks to my clients that they will be available directly from me, the artist. Do you have a shop? TOP No, Masquerade Mayhem is 100% online based, and all masks are made by myself, the artist.  The masks are available exclusively on my website only. How much in shipping? TOP Shipping within Australia for up to 4 masks is FREE, and includes Express Parcel Post delivery.  This means you generally receive your precious mask within 3 days. For more than 4 masks please contact me. International shipping costs differ from each country, please contact me for a quote.  Do you ship Internationally? TOP Yes, International shipping can be arranged.   However please email me for a shipping quote and estimated delivery times.
