Shows zero stock, how can I order? TOP
Most of the masks on the site are made to order. From time to time there will be some masks available for immediate despatch, but generally you will need to place an order and have the mask made exclusively for you. How long is the process? TOP
This all depends on my current work load, and what you are after. The best way to find out is by dropping me an email. How does the process work? TOP
Once you place an order your mask will be made, and photographs will be forwarded to you for your perusal. On approval you will be requested to make your payment, and your mask will be despatched on clearance of your payment. If you are ordering more than five masks a 20% non-refundable deposit may be required. Can I design my own mask? TOP
Generally, yes, although some key features in my designs are always the same, like the base shape. This is my signature, so I keep this the same. The colours, fabrics, feathers, crystals, and all the embellishments can be changed. I will not under any circumstances copy another designers mask! Yes, people have asked me to do this! How much in shipping? TOP
Shipping is $8.90 Australia wide, and this includes Express Parcel Post delivery. This means you generally receive your precious mask within 3 days. International shipping costs differ from each country, please contact me for a quote. Do you ship Internationally? TOP
